2. PŘEDMĚT SMLOUVY | SUBJECT MATTER
Pronajímatel se zavazuje umožnit Nájemci krátkodobý pronájem učeben na adrese Dělnická 213/12, Praha 7. Jednotlivé pronájmy vznikají potvrzením e-mailové rezervace.
The Lessor agrees to provide short-term rental of classrooms at Dělnická 213/12, Prague 7. Individual rentals are established upon confirmation of email reservations.
3. PLATEBNÍ PODMÍNKY | PAYMENT TERMS
Nájemné / Rent: Dle aktuálního ceníku v době rezervace / Per the current price list at time of booking.
Splatnost / Due Date: Uvedena na faktuře / Specified on the invoice.
Prodlení / Late Payment: Smluvní pokuta 0,05 % denně z dlužné částky / Contractual penalty of 0.05% per day.
4. PROVOZNÍ PRAVIDLA | OPERATION & CONDUCT
Čas / Timing: Překročení o více než 15 min = účtována další hodina / Exceeding by >15 mins = additional hour charged.
Klíče / Keys: Nájemce odpovídá za ztrátu klíčů/čipů / Lessee is liable for loss of keys/chips.
Občerstvení / Refreshments: Do učeben není dovoleno vnášet jídlo (pokud není dohodnuto jinak) / No food allowed in classrooms (unless agreed otherwise).
Kapacita / Capacity: Nájemce nesmí překročit stanovenou kapacitu / Lessee must not exceed set capacity.
5. STORNO PODMÍNKY | CANCELLATION POLICY
Zrušení musí být provedeno písemně (e-mailem) / Cancellations must be made in writing (via email).
Více než 7 dní / > 7 days: 0 % poplatek / fee
3–7 dní / days: 50 % poplatek / fee
Méně než 3 dny / < 3 days: 100 % poplatek / fee
6. ODPOVĚDNOST | LIABILITY
CZ: Nájemce odpovídá za veškeré škody způsobené účastníky jeho akcí a je povinen mít sjednané pojištění odpovědnosti. Pronajímatel neručí za ztráty věcí nebo úrazy.
EN: The Lessee is liable for all damages caused by participants and must maintain liability insurance. The Lessor is not liable for loss of property or injuries.
7. ZÁVĚREČNÁ USTANOVENÍ | FINAL PROVISIONS
Smlouva se řídí právním řádem ČR / Governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
E-mailová komunikace je považována za písemnou formu / Email communication is considered written form.
Výpověď je možná bez udání důvodu / Termination is possible without providing a reason.

2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
The Lessor agrees to provide the Lessee with short-term rental of classrooms and premises located at Dělnická 213/12, Prague 7.
- Reservations: Individual rentals are established via email confirmation based on current availability.
- Binding Effect: A confirmed reservation is a binding contract. The Lessee is obligated to pay the rent regardless of actual use, unless canceled according to the policy below.
3. RENT AND PAYMENT TERMS
- Pricing: Based on the price list valid at the time of reservation confirmation.
- Payment: Made via invoice; the due date is specified on the document.
- Late Penalty: A contractual penalty of 0.05% per day on the outstanding amount.
4. ACCESS AND RULES OF CONDUCT
- Timing: Please adhere to the agreed slot. Exceeding the time by more than 15 minutes results in an additional hour being charged.
- Classroom Etiquette: Food and beverages are not permitted inside the classrooms unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
- Capacity: The Lessee must strictly comply with the maximum capacity set by the Lessor.
- Keys: The Lessee is fully responsible for the loss of any keys or access devices.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
(All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email)
- More than 7 days notice: 0% fee.
- 3–7 days notice: 50% of the total reservation price.
- Less than 3 days notice: 100% of the total reservation price.
6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Lessee is liable for all damages caused during the lease, including those caused by event participants.
Note: The Lessor is not responsible for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property. The Lessee is required to maintain adequate liability insurance.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
- Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Prague.
- Either party may terminate this framework agreement without providing a reason.
